Push Notification with Windows Azure
In Android For C2DM , Google is providing free account and restrict number of messages per day.Likewise Microsoft can provide Free Azure account for minimal number of messages per Day.This might make the usability of windows Azure Enviroinment.

Right dear but for using Azure they want credit card details.
