Allow settings based on location, time, WiFi network, etc.
I would like to have setting profiles that enable based on certain criteria.
Examples:
During sleeping hours, do not alert me for emails, twitter and facebook notificaitons.
When on my home wifi network, switch ringer to loud.
When my work wifi is detected, turn ringer off and set mode to vibrate.
When my work wifi is detected, turn on battery saver.
When I am at a church, restaurant, or a movie theater, disable all notifications.

This is a very important feature for an advanced OS like WP. It's very useful in daily use.

If not this way then allow 3rd party applications to change sound, network, bluetooth settings without the need to go through the confirmation dialog as at present.
