Allow me to delete/cancel an app submission
Occasionally, I'll submit an app and almost immediately discover an error. Unfortunately, I have to wait 3-4 days for the tester to find the same error. I'd like to be able to cancel my submission and resubmit a more stable version of the app (even if this resets the validation process).
Thank you for the suggestion; this capability has been added to the Windows Phone Store in the April release – for more information, please see the following blog post:

OK. They did it.

It's absurd that neither devs nor even MS support can cancel a submission. It's your own system, for crying out loud! Has anyone ever presented a remotely valid reason why cancellation should not be allowed?

+1 I just submitted an app and forgot to tell the reviewer how to sign in. Now I have to wait three days to get a PDF saying I couldn't log in. Come on!

And you can even submit an app without actually updating the XAP file! and there is no way to cancel it :)

One of the major things that Microsoft has to fix on the Dev Centre.

Yes - I've like to save the reviewers some time and effort by removing an app from the queue right now too.

Please add this or any other way to delete an application in the certification pipeline even it’s only allowing us to add a comment for the tester to fail application for the reason of developer requested (or non-specific fail)
I have 2 apps in the certification queue (I should have been more patient and done better testing before submission) it’s now 15 days since submission and I can’t remove them, (which might reduce the backlog for everyone a little) -

I found this one http://blog.tomverhoeff.nl/2011/10/05/removing-oldbeta-applications-from-the-app-hub/
but now , i deleted my old/bad submission in a easy way.
re-upload one bad xap to replace the old one, then "Save and Quit"
re-enter the liftcycle, you can find the "Delete Submission" here. -

Add the option to completely remove an app in App Hub! I have a long list with unsubmitted or beta apps which I can't delete...
