  yes, I don't have a CC and therefore I can't buy any apps. I do however have quite some Microsoft points. In the Live game Beards and Beaks you buy DLC via MSP, but you can't buy the game with them. Crazy

  Exactly, I am German and many WP7 users I know, young and old have no credit card.
  I hope at least PayPal will be added with Mango, but it should be easy to enable those XBox Live prepaid cards.

  This is especially an issue in countries where credit cards are not that common - e.g. Germany. We have a Trial/Buy conversion rate of about 5 % in Germany while having about 25% in UK + US.
