Add low-level RFID functionality
Our company specializes on RFID software and devices. We have our own RFID tags format and we need the ability to get binary data from whole RFID tag that isn't NDEF formatted.
Android SDK has such an ability so that we can read the whole tag using our software and then parse its contents. So we need to do the same thing in Windows Phone 8.
Thank you for the suggestion! We are happy to report that accessing non-NDEF formatted tags feature is enabled with Windows Phone 8.1, and will only be supported with the new devices launching with new PN547 chipset. This feature is currently not available for devices upgraded to Windows Phone 8.1 from previous versions.

Additionally, it would be very useful for us, to read out the UID of a tag, that is hold to the phone.
void _NFCdevice_DeviceArrived(ProximityDevice sender)
_ID = Sender.TagUID; // This should contain the tag UID (string), e.g. 2FAA011B
