Allow localhost loopback capability in UWP apps deployed to the Microsoft Store
UWP apps currently are not able to access localhost on the same machine that the app is running on. This docs page describes the limitation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/debug-test-perf/deploying-and-debugging-uwp-apps#debugging-options
When debugging, Visual Studio is capable of adding an exemption for the UWP app, but obviously, this exemption does not apply once the app has been published to the store.
Please add a new capability to UWP apps that allows for them to access localhost.

I am limited in architecting my components and solutions. A very basic but very important need is to have a common service component that will provide services to multiple apps running on the same machine but having different purposes.
Right now, I need this to provide services to V4 printer driver (client 1) and a non-driver management tool (client 2) who talk to the common service component called the management framework. There is more to this architecture but the above should suffice to explain what is needed.

Not being able to proxy to UWP apps limits interactivity between applications and innovation. Basically all web proxy applications have to be built on another platform at the moment because of this.

We need this capability to talk to drivers of non-UWP peripherals
