As of EdgeHTML 16, the ePub viewer inserts automatic hyphens, but with no control (resulting in hyphens where there shouldn't be, like in code). The normal web view uses soft hyphens for manual hyphenation (the default CSS behavior), but does not have automatic hyphenation support. The `hyphens` property is not recognized at all.16 votes

Now text-combine-horizontal renames text-combine-upright.

text-combine-upright is now supported in Edge 15.
webkit currently supports the property background-clip: text that can be used to create awesome text filled in using background images, gradients, ect. Its an incredible feature with so many possibilities and I'd like to see supported in other browsers.3 votes
The non-standard -webkit-background-clip: text; is already supported in Microsoft Edge due to interoperability issues.
Please add support for pseudo elements :before and :after for <option> tag in <select>. It works pretty well in all other browsers.

Add appearance property. The CSS appearence defines how elements (particularly form controls) appear by default. By setting the value to none the default appearance can be entirely redefined using other CSS properties.21 votes

Support CSS's cursor: zoom-in / cursor: zoom-out to show a magnifying glass with a plus / minus, when hovering over an object with that declaration.

CSS writing-mode has been in IE for a long time (initial implementation in IE5.5,and extended in IE8). In Microsoft Edge we updated the values from the old spec syntax (inherited from SVG) to the latest spec. IE11+ also support the text-combine-horizontal property.
