Improve stability when using Skype For Business
Fix whatever issues are related to using Edge when also using Skype For Business. I get random screen freezing (monitor freezes, and I have to change display settings-if it's not my primary screen or reboot to get it working again). As well, the new Skype For Business screen sharing has caching issues if you aren't in a conference (just doing peer to peer with VBSS) if I have been using Edge.
If I stick to Chrome or IE only, these issues don't occur. I'm not sure if the issue is in Edge or Skype For Business 2016, but if I don't use Edge the don't occur. Also, this isn't just video card / drivers related, the issue has occurred for me on multiple workstations using different AMD or Nvidia cards with different driver versions.
