How can we improve the Microsoft Edge developer experience?

We have been trying to submit an extension for more than 2 months and have never received any feedback on our access request to the Store

We are only receiving the following message: "It looks like we've already received a submission for this Store ID. Please verify that the ID you entered is correct. If so, please bear with us while we work through all the requests we've received."

Please advise.
