How can we improve the Microsoft Edge developer experience?

use Surface Book dGPU for WebGL and WebVR

On a Surface Book 1 and Surface Book 2, both running Edge 16 with latest patches, FishGL gets <20fps. Looking at Task Manager, the Edge process is not using the NVidia discrete GPU *at all*. WebVR on the Surface Book 2 was similarly poor in performance. Please use the dGPU when WebGL or WebVR are in-use on a tab. If that means the tab has to be suspended or reloaded when detaching, that's fine by me.

I'm a Surface Book 2 user and I'm experiencing the same issue. WebGL stuff (even on other browsers like Chrome) always uses the Intel UHD 620 display adapter, instead of the NVidia GPU :(

I have even tried disabling the Intel 620 device but still NVidia is not being used.

I think it is ridiculous that Microsoft is not providing a solution to this.
