They're probably not going to do anything about this since they're focusing on rebuilding Edge to use Chromium Blink.

Please MS do something about this... it was funne some years later... now it's embarrassing. Mix Blend Mode is important in modern sites to manipulate images etc.

thats really poor.. writing in 2015 its on backlog ... and now 2019, still not there!!!

This has been on the backlog for 3 years. Come on Microsoft, your continued arrogance really is astounding. As with most features, you are the last browser to implement it, you allow developers to vote yet you don't respect those votes. Why even bother? Is it just a shallow attempt to paint a fraudulent picture of a company that actually listens to its users?

You might listen to your users, but you'll do so only to the absolute minimum standard to keep us sweet.

There is a setting in about flags in the latest preview versions of windows but it doesn't work. Is there something you have to do to get it to work on the webpage?

Hey guys, it's 2018. When are we having blend modes on EDGE? Nobody wants to write custom javascript code to accommodate your browser.

Edge is the only major browser that does not support this. Please add this feature.

  • Jason commented  ·   ·  Flag as inappropriate

You are the only major browser not to support this extremely useful feature. You are holding back it's use for the entire web as without cross platform support it will not be widely adopted. Come on Microsoft - it's been years now. Catch up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am praying to all gods that this feature will be available soon in IE and/or Edge soon
