Add support for (at least some of) the new text decoration styling properties below:
* text-decoration properties like text-decoration-color, style, line, skip etc.
* text-emphasis properties like text-emphasis-position, color, style etc.
Can't believe this hasn't happened yet. Firefox will support as of early December with FF71, leaving Edge & IE the only laggards.

Even basic support for dotted/dashed underlines would be nice enough. Shouldn't be very hard to build in.

Support for text-decoration-color along with the other text-decoration style properties would enable better feedback to users, such as underlining ::placeholder pseudo-element text. It would also help developers meet creative goals more easily in areas of an application such as input fields and third party code that may not be easily changed with means other than CSS.

Seeing as how this has been around for a number of years, and the more popular and well-used browsers use this, it should have been implemented by now.
Implement the text-decoration shorthand property, the text-decoration-style and text-decoration-color properties.
