Support `text-align: start` (& `end`) from CSS Text Module Level 3
Add support for the `start` and `end` values of the `text-align` property, as specified in the CSS Text Module Level 3 spec ( http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-text-3/#text-align-property ).
These are very useful when writing stylesheets that take RTL (right-to-left) languages into account for page layouts.
The other major desktop browsers already support them: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/text-align#Browser_compatibility

Couldn't agree more on your comment Alan !
MS missed a great opportunity to get this right with Edge.
Kind of messed up Edge still doesn't support this! It would make RTL support a lot easier. Chrome has had this since version 1! **Firefox has had it since version 1!**
If people aren't using it, it's because of MSIE and MSEdge! Please add this simple property
we do a lot of left to right and right to left and need this.
