        There's only one Console Host in Windows. Are you referring to PowerShell versus cmd.exe? If so, you can right-click on the task bar, then select Taskbar Settings. Once you have the Settings window open, find the option for "Replace Command Prompt with Windows PowerShell in the menu when I right-click the start buttonn or press Windows key+X".
