Add support for other Linux distros / meta-distributions - part two

After about year we have some distros in official MS magazine but we already don't have rights to install another Linux distributives.

I think we need to general methods of porting yourself distros to WSL.
It's will be easy to another people - the one idea to be popularity.

It appears some support was lost in the past few months (I don't see lxrun.exe).

I am very interested in getting Centos 7 up and running, but it seems this is stalled.
Is there any article about what needs to be done. A minimial kernel install or even better, a way to build a container with networking would allow for a good starting point.

well, if you are a linux pro, you can do it by yourself.... and it is as easy as changing your distro running a live system..... (which is not easy at all)
What I was able to do so far: install Opensuse Leap and upgrade it to Tumbleweed.
What I could immagine should work aswell easy enough: change similar distros (rpm / deb)
There are tutorials on how to install opensuse in old WSL which only provided Ubuntu. Maybe you can use it.
Thus this seems a rather "nice to have" improvement.
