How can we improve Windows Developer?

Native WPF Webbrowser Control

The current Webbrowser in WPF is only a wrapper around the IE WebBrowser Control. It would be great to have a native WPF Webbrowser Control.

Alternatively, please keep the WPF browser as a wrapper amount l around IE or Edge. That way updates, fixes, and performance improvements appear in WPF apps for free.

I think this is impossible. Just make the WebBrowser control more .NET friendly, not only simple wrapper over native one. And fix air space issue should be more acceptable.

This is such an interesting yet funny idea. Internet Explorer is a giant C++ application with 15 years of history. The concept of rewriting it in WPF, is like asking Microsoft to rewrite Microsoft Office in Javascript... in other words, technically possible, but only likely in a "bet the company" situation :)
